YES! School is right around the corner! Time for buying school supplies, getting organized and making sure the kids go to school with reasonable clothes. Right? Like… shoes without holes… Seriously. My 15 year old is a skateboarder and wears holes in his shoes on a regular basis.
I’ve got a 13 year old daughter starting 8th grade this year… and my 15 year old son starts 10th grade. Their needs are more about looking good… not standing out too much… and containing their supplies.
My high schooler doesn’t use his locker. Apparently, all the kids just carry their book bags around. So, it’s critical that he has the tools he needs in his bag. Organization is key!
So… in the spirit of DIY and fun projects do over the weekend… I’ve collected 14 back to school projects that are actually super helpful and useable. And fun to make!
Post in the comments if you make one of these. I’d love to see what you’re working on!
